Note: 911 should be called first in case of emergencies, crimes in progress or medical assistance. We receive an overwhelming amount of calls for incidents that require police, fire or medical response, after calling 911 please give us a call so we can respond and document the incident for our clients.
Priority One Security Communications Center is our primary answering point for all service calls, our communications center staff is comprised of a Center Supervisor and full-time dispatchers that can electronically log calls, access records and dispatch officers to the requested location via phone and online application.
The Communications Center is the critical link between your community and our officers in the field. When you call our Communications Center, you will speak with a highly trained dispatcher, whose mission is to provide a high level of quality service. They are trained to assist all callers with the deployment and coordination of resources for both emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance.
