I hereby certify that I have not knowingly withheld any information that might adversely affect my chances for employment and that the answers given by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I further certify that I, the undersigned applicant, have personally completed this application. I understand that any omission or misstatement of material fact on this application or on any document used to secure employment shall be grounds for rejection of this application or for immediate discharge if I am employed, regardless of the time elapsed before discovery.

I hereby authorize PRIORITY ONE SECURITY to thoroughly investigate my references, work record, education and other matters related to my suitability for employment unless otherwise specified. I further, authorize the references I have listed to disclose to PRIORITY ONE SECURITY any and all letters,reports and other information related to my work records, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure. In addition, I hereby release to Priority One Security, my former employers and all other persons, corporations, partnerships and associations from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising out or in any way related to such investigation or disclosure.

I understand that nothing contained in the application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted or during my employment, if hired, is intended to create an employment contract between me and PRIORITY ONE SECURITY. In addition, I understand and agree that if I am employed, my employment is for no definitive or determinable period and may be terminated at any time, with or without prior notice, at the option of either myself or Priority One Security, and that no promises or representations contrary to the foregoing are binding on the Company unless made in writing and signed by me and the Company's designated representative.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENING

I understand that any offer of employment with PRIORITY ONE SECURITY is contingent upon me passing any physical examinations. I understand that this is a policy of PRIORITY ONE SECURITY that all applicants may be required to submit a sample or urine for chemical or other analysis. I further understand that the purpose of this analysis is to determine or rule out the presence of non-prescribed or prohibited controlled substances. I hereby consent and agree to participate in the drug and alcohol screening/testing program. I understand that if a pre-employment test yields positive results for any illegal or controlled substances that has not been prescribed by a physician for medical reasons, I will not be hired by PRIORITY ONE SECURITY or allowed to continue employment, if such employment has already commenced. I hereby release PRIORITY ONE SECURITY, its employees, officers and assignee from any all claims that I may have arising from or related to this drug and alcohol screening program and further release them from any action taken by PRIORITY ONE SECURITY, pursuant to this program.

* IMPORTANT

Applicants for any security guard position must have a guard card issued by the State of California and successfully complete all training required by the State.

Applicants for any Patrol or other driving positions will be required to provide a DMV printout no more than 15 days old at the time of interview. If eligible for hire other paperwork and employment application must be filed out in person at our main office in addition to this application.
